Class Types

  • Base

    A foundational, full-body class using lighter resistance and slower, controlled movement. Designed to build strength, confidence, and form. Ideal for beginners, active agers or anyone who wants to move with ease and consistency.

  • Strength

    An energising, full-body class that combines resistance training and strength work to help you build muscle, boost endurance and feel seriously strong. Expect heavier springs, powerful movements and an all-round burn that leaves you feeling accomplished.

  • Athletic

    This cardio-focused class blends moderate resistance with endurance-based movement for a dynamic, full-body workout. A great class if you’re looking to add a little heart rate in your routine.

  • Stretch

    A calming class that blends deep stretches with mindful movement and breath. Designed to open the body, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of ease. Perfect for slowing down and tuning in.

  • Beginner Orientation

    New to reformer? This is the perfect place to start. This session will take you through the reformer, springs, props, and all the core movements so you feel confident and capable from day one.
