1000% yes. Our Beginner’s Orientation Program is designed just for you. You’ll learn how to use the reformer, understand the lingo, and move at your own pace.
After that, our Base classes are the perfect way to build confidence, consistency, and strength. -
Yes! We get that work, kids and life happens. You can pause your Foundation Membership for up to 8 weeks over the year.
-
We know life changes, so if you want to shift your membership (say from 3x a week to unlimited, or vice versa), you can, and you’ll still enjoy your exclusive Foundation Member discount. To keep things fair and manageable, you can make up to 2 membership changes during your first 12 months.

Not fully, we are gifting all Foundation Members 4x free infrared sauna sessions to give you a taste!
After that, you’ll get access to special member-only sauna rates, which will be cheaper than our public pricing.

Our infrared sauna is a Clearlight 4 person corner sauna, widely considered one of the best on the market. While it technically fits 4, we’ve intentionally capped sessions at 3 people to create a more comfortable, spacious experience.
The sauna is a communal space, designed to reflect one of our core values at Sento Club: connection. In the same way that Mediterranean cultures gather daily to connect, restore and slow down, we’ve created a shared sauna experience to bring that same sense of ease, presence, and community into your day. You might come with a friend, or you might leave with one.
Each session runs for 30 minutes, and you’ll simply book one of the available “seats.”
Sauna sessions are booked separately from Pilates classes. You don’t need to attend a class to book in. The wellness area has a separate entrance at the rear of the studio, so you can come and go without interrupting any sessions in progress.
To start with, sauna availability will align with our Pilates timetable. As we grow, so will sauna hours.
You’ll be able to book directly via the Sento Club app, just like you would a class

Yes! With medical clearance from your doctor or midwife of course. Many of our instructors are experienced in pre- and post-natal pilates. As soon as you give us the heads up, we’ll support you with modifications, especially after the first trimester. Closer to 30 weeks, we recommend sticking with our Base classes.

Right now, we're focused on building a community of members and regular faces, as connection and consistency are at the heart of longevity. That said, once we’re up and running, we may introduce class packs or flexible options for those who can’t commit weekly.
