Open Week FAQ’s

  • Open Week is for anyone who wants to:

    • start (or restart) a consistent movement routine

    • build strength safely

    • feel better in their body

    • try reformer pilates in a welcoming, non-intimidating studio

  • Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you from the moment you walk in. You’ll be shown how the reformer works and exactly what to do.

  • Comfy exercise clothes you can move in. Any kind of leggings/shorts and a comfortable top. Grip socks are needed for safety and hygiene on the reformer. If you have a pair, bring them. If not, we have some in the studio you can purchase.

  • Once you complete the registration form, we’ll email you all the details on how to book your free class.
